Description

• Oversee and manage the VIP sales department • Organize and monitor both internal and external training programs for employees • Foster a supportive work environment through active interaction, feedback, and support • Develop client segmentation strategies and implement bonus systems • Collaborate with the COO to enhance the loyalty program • Optimize customer service processes to improve efficiency • Prepare detailed reports for senior management

Requirements

• Proficient level of English, Fluent level of Ukrainian or Russian languages • Minimum of 2 years in a sales leadership role within iGaming/gambling industry • Proven experience in building departments from the ground up and establishing outbound team processes • Exceptional managerial skills with a focus on control, management, planning, and employee feedback • Strong understanding of retention and loyalty programs • Knowledge of sales methodologies, particularly in cold and warm calling • Excellent negotiation, sales, and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections • Proficiency with CRM systems and various automation tools for department planning
