Description

• Drive market share growth by securing new advertiser deals within the gambling sector • Utilize existing networks to establish and nurture affiliate partnerships • Oversee daily operations, setting and ensuring the completion of weekly performance goals • Develop customized sales pitches tailored to partner requirements • Monitor and analyze partnership performance • Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed terms • Act as a brand ambassador at conferences and local meetups • Manage technical system setups for current partners • Conduct competitors and market trends research

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in a managerial role within Affiliates and Online Casino sectors • Deep understanding of Business Development in the iGaming industry • Established contact network with direct advertisers/brands • Experience interacting with C-Level executives and cross-functional teams • Proven track record of developing and achieving business goals • Proficiency with tracking platforms such as Affise, Tune, or in-house systems • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English • Self-driven, enthusiastic with strong presentation and collaboration abilities • Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills • Analytical mindset with an understanding of casino unit economics • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team
