• 4+ years of experience in digital transformation strategies, digital workplace technology, corporate communications strategies or knowledge management tools. • 5+ years of experience with business requirements gathering with a solution-focused mindset. • Proven ability to rapidly acquire and apply knowledge of new software, features and use cases. • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities, adapt to changing deadlines, and handle varying levels of urgency with ease. • Ability to effectively balance focused work with time-sensitive requests. • Exceptional presentation and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
