Description

• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively communicate product value. • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to evolve talk tracks and support deal strategies. • Analyze business needs and requirements to design tailored solutions and ROI assessments to prospects and customers. • Collaborate with technical teams to flag product gaps, align with future roadmap work, and adapt products to meet client specifications. • Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase user experiences by combining features, stories and value. • Deliver presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences, explaining complex concepts clearly and effectively. • Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to develop and execute a strategy around presentations, technical demonstrations and written responses. • Provide technical support during the sales process, including crafting proposals, creating presentations, and conducting product demonstrations. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers from general stakeholders to executives. • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. • Provide feedback and insights to product teams based on client interactions and market trends.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital transformation strategies, digital workplace technology, corporate communications strategies or knowledge management tools. • 5+ years of experience with business requirements gathering with a solution-focused mindset. • Proven ability to rapidly acquire and apply knowledge of new software, features and use cases. • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities, adapt to changing deadlines, and handle varying levels of urgency with ease. • Ability to effectively balance focused work with time-sensitive requests. • Exceptional presentation and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
