• Responsible for leading commercial efforts for single cell sequencing product portfolio • Drive geographical and market expansion in Europe • Identify and execute growth opportunities • Collaborate with global teams to enable sales • Build effective processes for assessing growth opportunities • Develop regional commercial growth plans • Provide strategic feedback to marketing team • Communicate customer needs to product marketing • Update management on commercial progress • Engage with sales team to identify opportunities

Requirements

• Customer-first mindset • Experience in sales, life sciences or related industries • Single cell RNA sequencing experience • Understanding of genomic technologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team • Operate in a fast-paced environment • Evaluate new market opportunities • Lead and influence diverse groups • Proficiency in English • Outstanding communication skills • Maintain positive customer relations • Capacity to remain calm under pressure • Willing to travel up to 50% across Europe
