Description

• Responsible for all sales activities toward achieving sales budget and objectives with assigned distribution partners. • Focus on capturing or increasing market share. • Manage field application engineer and distribution support specialist. • Maintain meaningful relationships with key personnel of each assigned Channel Partner. • Provide timely reports and information as required by management. • Supervise and manage the region's field application engineer and distributor support specialist.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management or related field preferred. • 3+ years of technical and/or commercial sales experience or combination of: 3+ years of outside industrial sales, 3+ years of distribution management, 3+ years of inside sales or technical support & application. • Previous management experience preferred. • International Fluid Power Society Certification, preferred. • Proficient with MS Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
