You can help us solve the most urgent, important challenge facing the world today (and have fun doing it). • Job Summary: • The Director, People Business Partner (PBP) will serve as a key strategic advisor and partner to business leaders, ensuring alignment between the organization’s people strategy and its business objectives. • This role will lead initiatives to drive talent development, organizational design, and cultural evolution, acting as a trusted consultant to senior leaders. • The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional with industry experience and a proven track record of influencing and driving change in a dynamic environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic business partner or HR leadership role. • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or a similar fast-paced, consumer-oriented environment. • Demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational design, and change management. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders. • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Experience working in an organization experiencing rapid growth or transformation. • Familiarity with HR technology and workforce analytics platforms.
