β’ Responsible for developing specialist knowledge about Incora suppliers, product lines, quality standards, and market competition. β’ Provide support and assistance to outside sales, internal sales, operations, purchasing, quality, and finance personnel. β’ Maintain and develop new and existing Incora customers through professional and appropriate sales methods.
β’ Education Educated to National Vocational Level (NVQ) or equivalent (EU) Bachelor's degree, preferably within the Marketing or Supply Chain fields, or 4-6 years of a combination of education and relevant work experience in sales, is required. β’ Sales or Customer Service experience with the aerospace industry is preferred. β’ Proven ability to work well within a team environment to produce positive results. β’ Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills, with emphasis in Quality and Customer Service. β’ Ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization. β’ Must possess a strong technical acumen to read and comprehend technical specifications and requirements. β’ Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently and ethically with both internal and external customers.
