• About InDebted: InDebted provides future-thinking organisations with products and solutions to support overdue consumers through debt. • Backed by technology with a human touch, we use machine learning and AI to personalise the collections journey and champion positive customer experiences. • Founded in Australia, today we're a team of over 300 people living and working around the world. • We're rapidly expanding throughout North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. • We’re a $50m revenue (and growing) organisation, having recently completed our Series C funding round. • Reporting to the Tech Talent Partner, the Recruitment Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the hiring process for technical roles. • This role is essential for ensuring a seamless candidate experience and helping to organise and streamline the recruitment process. • The Recruitment Coordinator will assist with various administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination role, preferably within a tech or fast-paced environment. • Technical Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Lever preferred) and familiarity with HR software; strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to professionally handle candidate and stakeholder interactions. • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data entry and scheduling. • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to evolving priorities.
