• About InDebted: InDebted provides future-thinking organisations with products and solutions to support overdue consumers through debt. • Founded in Australia, today we're a team of over 300 people living and working around the world. • The Recruitment Recruitment & People Operations Specialist will play a dual role in supporting the operational excellence of the employee lifecycle and managing end-to-end recruitment coordination.

Requirements

• Proven experience in People Operations, including HRIS management and data analytics. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. • Experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role. • Proficiency with HR systems (BambooHR preferred), data reporting, and Excel. • Knowledge of global HR operations and compliance across multiple regions (AU, US, PH, UK). • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and solution-oriented approach.
