• The Account Executive – Sales Retention Team (SRT) offers a variety of logistical solutions to our clients current customer base through value and competitive pricing.

Requirements

• 6 months of call center experience preferred • CRM/Salesforce experience preferred • 1 year of sales experience preferred • Must be able to do 50 – 100 dials per day • Ability to maintain broad knowledge of client products and services • Proficient internet navigation and applications skills. • Quick thinking and skilled in rebuttal objections. • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences by executing with energy and excellence. • Ability to analyze, interpret and address client needs. • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced team environment.
