β€’ We are seeking a driven and experienced SaaS Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. β€’ Focus on selling ERP solutions to small to mid-sized custom woodworking companies. β€’ Responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. β€’ Identify and target custom woodworking companies in our TAM that would benefit from our SaaS solutions. β€’ Understand the unique challenges our companies face and present our SaaS platform as the solution. β€’ Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches, showcasing the value of our software. β€’ Maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads through Hubspot and manage opportunities effectively. β€’ Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers. β€’ Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams. β€’ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and contribute to the overall sales strategy. β€’ Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain credibility. β€’ Drive the negotiation process and close contracts that align with customer and company objectives.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of SaaS sales experience. β€’ Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing a customer base within the SMB/MM segment. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling way. β€’ Comfortable discussing SaaS products and how they integrate into existing manufacturing workflows. β€’ Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage the sales pipeline and customer relationships. β€’ Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of managing a full sales cycle independently. β€’ Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and contribute to a positive team environment. β€’ Ability to travel for a maximum of one week at a time.
