•Our sales team is passionate about healthcare and wants to leave a positive impact in the ecosystem. •We care deeply about our customers and want to resolve their challenges with our solutions. •You will be responsible for selling Innovaccer’s platform to U.S. healthcare providers. •It is critical that this person understands the clinical, financial, operational, and technology challenges facing healthcare providers. •You will work closely with top executives at leading healthcare providers within a region of the U.S.
•Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a healthcare-related field is helpful, but not required •Minimum 8+ years of healthcare sales experience in a team selling environment, working with business and clinical C-level leadership at provider organizations. •Working knowledge of healthcare data, analytics, and technology concepts and applications. •Ability to hold persuasive business, clinical, and technology conversations with C-level leaders at customers and prospects using healthcare acumen and an understanding of business priorities that drive enterprise software decisions. •Demonstrated ability to build and nurture a network of trusted business relationships. •Demonstrated ability to close multi million-dollar, 3+ year healthcare IT contracts with large provider enterprises, with an average cycle time of 12+ months involving multiple stakeholders and departments, extensive business justification, and C-level engagement. •Willingness and ability to prospect potential clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person events.
