Description

β€’ Drive growth and retention by managing strategic customer accounts. β€’ Build trusted relationships with key executives and decision-makers. β€’ Regularly evaluate and adjust account strategies to meet goals. β€’ Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic roadmap planning. β€’ Gather insights from customer data to enhance Inspiren product utilization. β€’ Advocate for customer needs within Inspiren, promoting adoption and expansion. β€’ Conduct in-person client meetings and site visits to strengthen partnerships.

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years in customer success, account management, or enterprise sales, preferably in healthcare technology/SaaS. β€’ Proven track record managing large, multi-million dollar accounts. β€’ Strong understanding of health tech adoption and client journey phases. β€’ Experience collaborating with executive leaders on strategy. β€’ Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
