β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in at least two of the Earned & Owned Media channels (SEO, Content Marketing, Content Development, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing) β’ Experience managing a fully-integrated digital campaign utilizing cross-channel insights β’ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience β’ Strong boardroom presence and ability to communicate with C-suite executives on the client-side to thoughtfully explain strategy, purpose and results β’ Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and campaigns that drive high ROI β’ Strong understanding of how web experiences (e.g., desktop sites, mobile sites, mobile apps) fit into holistic marketing strategies β’ Strong analytical mindset with experience in advanced measurement and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Big Query, etc β’ Proficiency in financial modeling, investment plans and forecasting through decision-making and associated tools including Excel and Google Spreadsheets β’ A track record of leading successful new business pitches that demonstrate unique strategy opportunities and ultimately generate growth β’ The ability to use consumer insights data, customer journey maps, organic performance, and key trends to inform the development of strategies and plans β’ Solid time and project management skills, with the ability to identify, prioritize, and respond to situations rapidly β’ Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; including strong presentation skills
