🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in a revenue enablement role with a proven track record of building, scaling, and managing enablement programs and processes. β€’ Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. β€’ Prior experience leading high-performing, remote/hybrid teams, and a passion for coaching, mentoring, and driving team success. β€’ Prior experience in sales, customer success, or product marketing roles. β€’ Experience with a learning management system and learning content creation applications such as Camtasia, Captivate, etc. β€’ Relevant EdTech market experience, or, as an educator or administrator in a K-12 or post-secondary institution. β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to assess program impact and optimize strategies accordingly. β€’ Excellent team player who can work with virtual and global team members. β€’ Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environmentCreative problem-solving skills
