Description

• Lead client engagements and design Customer Experience (CX) Systems • Guide clients through discovery process to understand unique needs • Extract and develop user stories from client meetings into functional requirements • Create detailed build plans and architecture maps • Work cross-functionally to service enterprise clients • Assess marketing, sales, and service requirements to define optimal configurations • Map out future state processes and customer journeys for HubSpot • Handle complex HubSpot configuration tasks including automation engineering • Develop and execute sophisticated nurture campaigns to boost engagement • Optimize lead hand-offs and nurturing processes using automation

Requirements

• 4-9 years of relevant experience in HubSpot implementation and client service • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience • Proven HubSpot expertise across all hubs with a track record of consultative success for enterprise clients • Exceptional communication skills and adept task prioritization abilities in complex project environments
