Description

• Interlace Health is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team! • Provide lead-generation and sales support to territory reps through customer engagement and marketing leads. • Act as a liaison between our customers and outside sales team. • Prospect new sales leads by making an initial phone or email contact through campaign management. • Manage current accounts – stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness. • Perform sales support end to end sales process with small non-acute leads and opportunities. • Answer calls and emails from clients, identify the issue and make suggestions for future or new products or services.

Requirements

• BS degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred; or one to two years related experience and or training • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) • Experience with CRM software • Familiarity with MS Office, MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) • Understanding of sales performance metrics • Experience working with healthcare software systems such as EHRs and other clinical systems would be extremely helpful • Some travel required to tradeshows and companywide events, as well as to our corporate headquarters in St. Louis, MO.
