• Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights and reports for leadership to drive strategic decision-making. • Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to ensure accurate tracking of sales goals. • Partner with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and overall customer acquisition strategies. • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition, compensation plans, and quota attainment tracking. • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to monitor the health of the sales organization. • Streamline and optimize the sales processes, including CRM management, sales cycle efficiency, and sales team performance. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. • Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs to improve team performance and effectiveness. • Identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the sales funnel. • Support the leadership team in setting sales targets and aligning operational goals with the company’s broader business objectives.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role. • Experience must be in a SaaS or software sales environment. • Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), analytics platforms, and Excel. • Familiarity with our tech stack - Salesforce, Salesloft, Clari and Highspot. • Proven experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analysis. • Strong understanding of sales cycles and revenue recognition principles. • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States.
