β€’ Assisting the Sales Enablement department in maximizing sales opportunities β€’ Improving processes and identifying needs that are key to the success of our sales teams β€’ Working directly with Sales Reps to understand their day-to-day challenges β€’ Joining Regional Team calls quarterly to further the understanding and use of sales tools β€’ Welcoming creativity and new ideas to keep our sales teams armed with the tools necessary to ensure success

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree or applicable field experience is sales, sales management β€’ 5+ years’ experience in B2B Sales, Sales Management β€’ Experience with prospecting, pipeline management, deal progression and closing β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and maintains highest regard for confidentiality and discretion β€’ Ability to implement new, existing Sales Enablement strategies β€’ Ability to identify key selling challenges and develop compelling, scalable solutions β€’ Experience in analyzing sales data, KPIs to extract trends, issues, opportunities β€’ Must be an organized and quick learner, able to adapt to changing technical and business requirements
