• Cresta is on a mission to turn every customer conversation into a competitive advantage by unlocking the true potential of the contact center. • The Sales Enablement Manager will be pivotal in the effective execution of the overall Enablement program here at Cresta. • You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to organize and execute training and certification programs that ensure Cresta’s GTM team has everything they need to serve our customers effectively. • The primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end delivery of enablement programming, from ideation to delivery to measurement and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience • 5+ years of experience in a Sales, CS, or Enablement role at a high growth technology company • Excellent organizational skills and a deep-seated desire to bring structure and organization to the chaos of a fast moving start-up • Experience managing complex and challenging projects and ensuring they are delivered effectively • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment • A proactive approach and a genuine curiosity for how AI can solve key challenges within the contact center
