Description

• Ownership of the entire customer life cycle, focusing on growth opportunities, customer satisfaction, renewals. • Acquire new business and incremental revenue via existing clients. • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. • Keep an accurate forecast for your territory and alert internal teams to any retention risks to formulate effective resolution strategies. • Create various customer touchpoints by identifying and engaging key stakeholders within the Customer organization. • Initiate proactive discussions to identify new opportunities within existing accounts and ensure that key stakeholders are aware of Intorhive’s multi-product offerings. • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop account plans and strategies that promote revenue growth and expand market share within these accounts. • Aim to exceed expectations with every interaction, contributing significantly to Introhive’s market reputation as we scale and adapt our products to meet the needs of business customers. • Present, pitch, and run product demonstrations as required. • Self-generate client opportunities. • Work closely with pre-sales, lead generation, inside sales, and commercial sales teams within International. • Serve as the advocate and representative of the customer to the product team and other cross-functional groups. • Work closely with marketing to enable digital, account-based marketing (ABM) and cold sales leads (SQL's) for the region. • Research customers and uncover potential new business and opportunities. • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track and manage all pertinent information related to leads and opportunities. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product features. • Gain an in-depth knowledge of the Introhive platform. • Where needed, host online presentations, product demonstrations and meet clients in person to deliver workshops. • Occasional travel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in SaaS, along with a self-starter attitude is ideal. • Extensive experience in other areas of sales may be considered. • Exposure to CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement is preferred. • Experience in working with partners and building pipelines from existing contacts and relationships in the region is also desired. • A passion for business development, marketing, and relationship-building. • Positive attitude and the desire to deliver. • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or EBR functions. • Understanding of the sales process and supporting system. • Ability to work in both autonomous and collaborative environments.
