• As an SDR at Introhive, you'll drive growth by identifying and engaging potential clients through phone, email, social media, and events. • This is a quality-focused role where you'll work on a named account list, delivering personalized outreach to generate leads and build strong connections. • Prospect & Qualify: Source and engage new leads across multiple channels. • Build Relationships: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers. • Pipeline Management: Keep an organized and active lead pipeline. • Collaborate: Work with sales and marketing teams to refine your approach. • Hit Targets: Consistently meet lead generation KPIs. • Market Research: Stay current on industry trends to refine messaging.

Requirements

• 1+ year of outbound sales experience in B2B org. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with sales tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce). • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented. • Proven track record in lead generation and pipeline management. • An understanding of ProServ.
