Description

β€’ Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts. β€’ Engage and convert large enterprise customers into clients. β€’ Manage sales cycles of 3 to 6 months. β€’ Lead contract negotiations and renewals to strengthen client relationships. β€’ Identify and close new business opportunities within assigned accounts. β€’ Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer support for seamless client experience. β€’ Understand technical requirements to craft tailored solutions showing value. β€’ Analyze performance against targets and refine strategies for better outcomes. β€’ Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

β€’ Experience in a hyper growth environment, preferably in tech or B2B. β€’ Background working with managed services or consulting services preferred. β€’ Proven success managing and growing an enterprise customer portfolio. β€’ Secure an average of 4 to 5 deals annually, typically around one per quarter. β€’ Experience with Fortune 500 companies. β€’ A track record of closing deals up to $5 million. β€’ Experience in developing and executing strategic account plans driving revenue growth and customer retention. β€’ Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts. β€’ Proficiency in using lead generation and management tools like ZoomInfo. β€’ Excellent knowledge of Salesforce for tracking sales activities and pipeline management. β€’ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with effective articulation of value propositions. β€’ Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented, capable of meeting tight deadlines. β€’ Customer & product-driven mentality prioritizing client satisfaction & scale. β€’ Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
