Reporting to the Senior Manager and Director of Sales Development, you’ll be essential to Invoca’s continued success and impact.
• 2+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within marketing technology (martech) or advertising technology (adtech) sectors • Proven success selling to B2C companies, including expertise in cold-calling, prospecting, and developing a strategic outreach pipeline • A track record of achieving or exceeding quotas, demonstrating a results-driven mindset and resilience in a metrics-oriented environment • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, lead generation, and customer acquisition processes • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, and prospecting tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Excellent adaptability and problem-solving skills, with a passion for sales and a creative, strategic approach to engage potential clients • Enthusiasm for analyzing market trends, understanding Invoca's value within martech/adtech, and contributing ideas that drive impactful growth • Nice to Haves: Experience with SalesTech (e.g., Gong, Sendoso, Salesloft, Apollo, Outreach), MarTech, or outsourced SDR shops (e.g., Alleyoop, JumpCrew, AltiSales). Proven ability to craft and personalize emails and cadences, with a strong understanding of various personas. Previous experience as a Founding SDR or in a high-growth startup environment is highly valued. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume role, managing 200–300 calls per day across multiple Account Executives. Familiarity with event and conference outreach strategies and execution.
