• 1+ years of SDR experience • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to understand technical concepts (APIs, integrations, different softwares) • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Sequencing Software etc. • Ability to handle objections from customers and push back • Self-motivated, disciplined, hungry, and curious about everything • Hold yourself to a high degree of accountability • Ability to be a sharpshooter independently, while collaborating with a team • Flexible and able to adapt to changes and the needs of the business • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field
