β€’ Orum is making sales human again through conversations. β€’ We are an AI-driven, live conversation platform that accelerates sales teams by empowering salespeople to achieve more. β€’ Orum increases sales efficiency, speeds up pipeline growth, and lowers customer acquisition costs for various companies ranging in size from start-ups to large enterprises. β€’ The Sales Development Representative will prospect leads, qualify accounts, and generate pipeline opportunities for our Sales Teams. β€’ You will be the front line for presenting Orum to prospects and a key player in the business's overall success. β€’ A successful Sales Development Representative typically has exponential growth, as this role may lead to many other career opportunities, such as Account Executive, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Operations, and more. β€’ At Orum, you'll learn skills from a best-in-class sales team and propel your sales career forward! β€’ Salary: Starting OTE is $90,000 at plan. $60k base + $30k variable. β€’ We value diverse perspectives and are excited to consider how your unique skills could contribute to our team's success.

Requirements

β€’ Must be a current U.S. citizen β€’ 6-12 months of experience in a b2b sales development, prospecting, or lead generation role β€’ Experience prospecting into Enterprise level companies β€’ Has been in a role where they have made 100+ calls a day β€’ Track record of consistently achieving quota β€’ Organized and has a great sense of time management β€’ Experience account mapping + working closely with an Account Executive β€’ Experience with Sales Technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, LeadIQ, Apollo, etc.
