📋 Description

• Senior Sales Development Representative plays a crucial role in identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities. • This position involves prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team while mentoring junior SDRs. • Senior SDRs serve as the bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring a smooth transition of leads through the sales funnel. • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients within target markets. • Use various outreach methods (email, phone, social media) to generate new leads and build a pipeline of opportunities. • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for the company's products or services. • Conduct initial calls or meetings to gather information about prospect needs, pain points, and decision-making processes. • Set up qualified meetings or demos for Account Executives or Sales Managers. • Prepare and provide necessary documentation to ensure sales teams are well-informed before meetings. • Mentor junior SDRs, sharing best practices and techniques for effective lead generation and qualification. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system regarding leads, contacts, and activities. • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities. • Provide feedback on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive information to sales and product teams. • Track personal and team performance metrics like calls made, emails sent, meetings set, and conversion rates.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a sales development or inside sales role, with proven success in generating and qualifying leads. • Experience in a B2B environment, preferably in technology, SaaS, or similar industries. • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction. • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple prospects simultaneously. • Ability to analyze data to drive sales strategies. • Resilience and tenacity in dealing with rejection and maintaining motivation.
