We believe that by empowering neighborhood gyms with the most advanced technology, we can transform the fitness experience and help create a healthier world. •PushPress is a 100% remote company. •About the Role •The SDR Lead will assist our Sr. SDR in overseeing a team of SDRs and driving sales pipeline growth by qualifying leads generated from marketing campaigns and leading outbound prospecting efforts. •You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching our Sr. SDR and the SDR team, ensuring they meet their targets and contribute to overall sales success. •As an experienced leader with a passion for the fitness industry, you'll inspire your team to perform at their best while helping push new business opportunities through the sales pipeline. •This position requires a combination of sales expertise, team leadership skills, and fitness industry knowledge. You’ll play a key role in both the lead qualification process and leading strategic outbound sales initiatives to support the growth of PushPress.

🎯 Requirements

•Fitness Industry Experience: Prior experience in the fitness industry (e.g., gym ownership, fitness studios, or wellness businesses) is required. •Sales Development Experience: 3-5 years in sales development with a focus on lead qualification and outbound prospecting. •Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and mentor SDR teams, with experience in a supervisory role preferred. •Results-Driven: Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving pipeline growth. •Communication Skills: Strong ability to lead teams and engage prospects effectively. •Resiliency: Ability to stay persistent and motivated in a fast-paced, startup environment. •Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (Outreach, SalesLoft). •People Management Experience: Previous experience managing or leading a sales team, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and implementing development plans.
