• The Account Director – Government at iProov will lead our business with federal and state customers • Partnering with each customer to identify and deliver biometric solutions • Cultivating new and existing customer relationships to produce new recurring sales revenue • Driving growth through strategic and complex account planning • Advocating internally on behalf of the customer • Establishing and nurturing relationships with government customers

Requirements

• Willingness to travel domestically 50% of the time • Demonstrable experience delivering successful solutions to the Federal Government, ideally with the Department of Homeland Security • Proven track record of success in business development and sales within the Federal Government sector, ideally with experience in biometrics, digital identity, or related technologies • Demonstrated ability to deliver technical solutions to the Federal Government, ideally within the Department of Homeland Security • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex biometric and technical concepts clearly and persuasively • Strong team player with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and departments • U.S. citizenship
