📋 Description

• Deliver country / functional accounting services • Ensure timely and accurate accounting in accordance with SOPs, US GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley rules • Responsible for bookkeeping of a recently acquired company in Microsoft Dynamics ERP • Support integration of acquired business with IQVIA ERP systems (SAP/Salesforce) • Coordinate with various departments within IQVIA • Serve as a support for general financial planning and analysis • Monitor and report on areas of operational risk and/or opportunity • Review and perform month end activities by NOE • Record accruals and prepare reclass entries • Analyze and maintain schedule of Prepaids by vendor • Maintain Financial Reporting structure and Cost rates in EBX and PSA • Create and maintain financial ad-hoc analysis • Headcount forecasting and reporting – Workday info in Hyperion\n• Analyze monthly forecasts and revenue results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Req • 5 years’ experience in accounting Req • Or Equivalent combination of education, training and experience Req • Technical accounting skills • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Finance modules preferred • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Strong analytical and numeracy skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Strong influencing skills • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
