• We are on a mission to expand our Sales team across Europe and the USA • Looking for a Business Development Manager who has a passion for SaaS sales • Play a key role in driving revenue growth in the competitive marketplace • Expanding our client base, creating opportunities for our services, improving profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction • Managing and articulating complex sales cycles to present the value of our full product offer to decision-makers • Developing and managing relationships within enterprise organizations, presenting to C-level executives the value of our services • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, increase brand visibility, and identify new business opportunities
• 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in an IT Services and/or technology solution-selling environment • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota • Experience selling software and data engineering, managed services, CRM, ERP, ETL, and Cloud software is a plus • Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the C-level • Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative and/or Inside Sales Representative preferred • Excellent presentation skills • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills • Strong negotiation skills • Experience working both in a start-up environment and enterprise company is strongly preferred • Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure • Willingness and desire to travel when necessary
