Description

• Communicate regularly with existing small market customers. • Ensure customers are renewing on time and meet targets for retention. • Interact with resellers for timely renewals. • Help customers realize potential through Jamf solutions. • Schedule technical demonstrations with System Engineers or partners. • Document and manage sales activities in Salesforce.com. • Develop understanding of Jamf's sales philosophy, market, and customers. • Position Jamf’s solutions against competitors. • Process customer transactions such as price quotes and orders. • Explain the business value of Jamf’s solutions to customers. • Lead and close sales opportunities.

Requirements

• 1 year of sales experience (Required). • Professional working proficiency in English and German (Required). • Excellent communication (both verbal and written), and customer service skills (Required). • Experience in software sales within high-growth technology companies (Preferred). • General experience selling in both direct and indirect (channel) models (Preferred). • General experience navigating and negotiating contracts (Preferred).
