β€’ Manage the end-to-end deal cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to contract negotiation and closing β€’ Research and identify prospective clients within the target market β€’ Evaluate potential clients' position and needs within the industry β€’ Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups to foster business development opportunities β€’ Contact potential clients to establish and nurture business relationships β€’ Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement outreach campaigns β€’ Qualify self-generated and marketing-generated leads β€’ Lead presentations for prospects to showcase the value of our services β€’ Overcome sales objections and negotiate with leads effectively β€’ Work towards and meet agreed-upon sales targets and quotas β€’ Provide daily updates to the Sales and Delivery team regarding sales pipeline progress β€’ Maintain professional development through workshops, participation in professional societies, and staying up to date with industry trends

Requirements

β€’ 6-15 years of full-cycle sales experience β€’ Relationship first personality, strong listener, high-level of communication skills and EQ β€’ Experience selling solutions in the enterprise technology or software space (Cloud Migration, Application Modernization and Data & AI) is required β€’ Experience selling to C-level executives in Fortune 1000 companies β€’ Ability to articulate solutions and their value to IT and business executives β€’ Demonstrated experience in selling and orchestrating services deals, encompassing deal sizes ranging from $100K to multi-million dollar transactions β€’ Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams β€’ An entrepreneurial spirit; willing and able to take initiative, self-motivate, and work in a flexible and fast-paced environment β€’ Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
