📋 Description

• Reporting to the VP, Paid Media you'll create impact within our Programmatic capability. • Contribute to clients' strategies, media programs, and activation processes. • Mentor and develop Programmatic Display Team members for expertise and performance. • Partner with business development for client strategies and presentations. • Oversee deal economics, media allocation, and client strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in overseeing the management & success of a large client portfolio. • Demonstrated expertise of display advertising, programmatic, real-time bidding, DSP platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies. • Familiarity with demonstrating a structured way of working under competing demands. • Essential Excel/Sheets skills, Macros & SQL capabilities. • Client-centric approach for developing long-lasting relationships and adding value. • Strong analytics & reporting skills using data and market insights. • Process improvement mindset to streamline and automate processes. • Creative problem-solving abilities for complex issues. • Team collaboration skills respecting diverse contributions. • Adaptability in strategies and plans for unforeseen circumstances.
