• The Client Relations Representative will play a key role in supporting our Program Managers by ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for our clients. • This role involves direct interaction with clients via phone and email, assisting them with inquiries, managing their accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver our services effectively. • Responsibilities include client engagement, account management, coordination with Program Managers, and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Experience: Experience in client relations, customer service, or account management, ideally within the insurance or sports/event industry is a plus. • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Open to learning new computer software applications. • Attributes: Proactive, organized, and customer-focused with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service with the ability to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.
