You’ll take the lead in identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. • Responsibilities: • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sales plan for the market. • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. • Lead Generation: Leverage cold calling, networking, and industry events to consistently generate and qualify new leads. • Business Development: Identify and close new business opportunities. • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing our platform’s value. • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends to refine your sales strategy. • Road Warrior Mentality: Travel extensively within the region to meet clients. • Reporting & Forecasting: Regularly report on sales progress and forecast revenue.
• Proven experience selling staffing solutions, particularly in light industrial and skilled trades, or related industries, at a national level. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and close deals. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets while earning performance-based incentives. • Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the United States to meet clients and generate new business. (25% - 50% travel) • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
