• JobRack is seeking a Recruitment Partner to enhance client satisfaction by recruiting quality candidates. • Responsibilities include effectively recruiting candidates for various technical and non-technical roles. • Lead client interactions to ensure a best-in-class experience throughout the hiring process. • Conduct engaging interviews to determine candidate compatibility with client needs. • Regular communications with candidates regarding their applications and scheduling interviews. • Take full ownership of assigned roles and ensure successful recruitment strategies. • Foster relationships with business owners for valuable references.
• Extensive experience as a full-cycle recruiter/talent acquisition specialist. • International recruitment experience either gained in house, RPO, or recruitment agency. • Experience with conducting interviews of both technical and non-technical roles. • Demonstrable experience of delighting clients through exceptional service. • Experience with any ATS and candidate database. • Someone proactive, with great communication skills and an outgoing personality. • Someone with an analytical mindset: not afraid of reading through clients' requests. • Someone with an improvement-focused mindset, taking initiative and making things better. • Someone who wants to take ownership, with a ‘make-it-happen’ attitude. • Someone with a high sense of urgency, who will take on the challenge of meeting KPIs. • Someone client-focused: they understand they work for the client when sourcing/screening for a role.
