Description

• Develop mission and revenue strategy for navigation training and credentialing program • Lead expansion of navigation training, credentialing, and implementation support efforts • Build and maintain relationships with key partners for maximizing training utilization • Create business strategy that reinvests program revenue into offerings • Manage day-to-day operational issues and ensure efficient project functioning • Evaluate initiatives and monitor progress collaboratively with staff and contractors • Write and communicate periodic program reports to stakeholders • Supervise Learning and Development Manager and other assigned staff

Requirements

• Master's degree in healthcare delivery, public health, or related fields preferred • BS, BA degree with 8 years project management experience in oncology care delivery • Knowledge of oncology patient navigation principles and practices • Previous experience as an oncology navigator strongly preferred • Knowledge of program management and grants management • Knowledge of health systems operations and management preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Minimum of 5 years managing, coordinating, and/or implementing public health or patient care programs • Ability to interact and communicate with multiple project leads • Ability to present patient navigation content to external audiences • Ability to prepare and deliver training, staff support, and community presentations • Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and maintain project schedules • Ability to interpret public health data for programmatic decisions • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications
