• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within your accounts, promoting additional products and services to meet the customer’s needs. • Understand the business challenges faced by your customers and position our software solutions as a means to address those challenges. • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas for renewals, upsells, and additional product sales. • Maintain and update CRM with all relevant information related to customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities. • Work closely with customer success, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and facilitate feedback loops. • Stay informed about our products, software updates, and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success, preferably within a SaaS or software company. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing existing accounts. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. • Consultative selling approach, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement technologies. • A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Customer focused – acting with customer in mind, establishing and maintaining relations gaining trust and respect. • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while operating under pressure, and be an independent problem-solver. • Must be self-motivated, have the ability to plan own work schedule, and set and monitor personal performance goals. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – effectively and succinctly convey messages with desired results.
