Description

• Providing prompt and effective assistance to merchants regarding their payment processing needs. • Managing merchant accounts, including setting up new accounts and updating account information. • Conducting training sessions or providing educational materials to merchants on payment processing tools. • Investigating and resolving issues or disputes related to payment processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. • A strong work ethic and the capacity to succeed in a fast-paced environment. • Results oriented with an ability to work autonomously. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in payment processing, merchant services and financial services. • Familiarity with Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations is plus. • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
