• Jorie is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as our RCM Operations Manager. • You will act as a key resource to assist our RPA and RCM Teams with development and implementation of RPA and oversee our Teams performance of RCM Operational Functions. • Ensure smooth processing of RPA processes, including validating data and troubleshooting problems and unexpected results. • Make or request updates to existing processes as needed based on changing applications and client or Jorie Team needs. • Provide oversight of RCM Performance for Clients where we provide RCM Outsourcing. • Collaborate with our Client Success Team on communication to Client of Operational issues and KPI Performance results. • Your role will be instrumental in helping our internal teams harness the power of RPA to drive efficiency and operational excellence.
• 5 years of experience in Healthcare RCM in a leadership role. • Thorough understanding of RCM operations and reporting requirements both Hospital and Professional Billing experience required • At least 2 years of experience with RPA experience preferred • Eyecare specialty experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field preferred. • Experience interacting and presenting to C-level executives • Creating Power Point & other presentations for Monthly Business Reviews and Meeting updates • In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and compliance standards. • Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and using RCM software. • Experience identifying appropriate system reports to be utilized to provide support for performance trends • Ability to analyze data to quickly identify trends and root causes affecting KPIs or potential focus areas • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. • Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as required.
