Description

• Manage the onboarding process for new healthcare clients for end-to-end Revenue Cycle services • Review the Onboarding process on a continuous basis identifying areas where we can improve • Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline the onboarding process • Hire, train, and provide oversight and supervision of Jorie RCM Onboarding resources • Assignment of Clients to Onboarding Team Members and coordinate set up of project management tracking • Serve in an Onboarding Specialist Role as the primary point of contact for new clients • Collaborate closely with the Client, RCM Operations and Technology departments • Work with clients to develop onboarding plans, set goals, and provide ongoing support • Provide reporting updates on the status of the Client Onboarding process

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of RCM experience required • Minimum of 2 years RCM Automation experience • Experience with the multiple EMRs and Practice Management Applications – Epic, Meditech, Centricity, Athena, CPSI and Cerner • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field preferred • Effective leadership and team management experience • Experience interacting and presenting to C-level executives • In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and compliance standards • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously • Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as required
