Description

• The Account Manager reports to the Senior Director of Commercial Operations in MA • Manage existing relationships with wholesale accounts. • Serve as the point of contact for needs and requests. • Coordinate and run pop-up events for Jushi brands at wholesale accounts and Jushi retail stores. • Provide in-store training on brands and products to accounts. • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner. • Report on the status of accounts and transactions. • Set and track sales account targets and monitor sales metrics. • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. • Expert in all Jushi brands and communicates the value of products. • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge, including regulatory knowledge. • Represent Jushi at industry events throughout the state. • Relay vendor and customer feedback to commercial and sales departments for continuous improvement. • Support and execute local marketing initiatives as needed. • Monitor how Jushi products are merchandised and displayed in dispensaries as well as online.

Requirements

• 50% to 70% travel; must have a car • non-traditional work schedule including evening and weekend work • High school diploma/GED. • Undergraduate degree preferred. • Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred; cannabis knowledge required. • Previous experience in a sales position preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • High degree of professionalism, organization, and emotional intelligence. • Excellent customer service skills. • Ability to multitask. • Extraverted and enthusiastic personality.
