β€’ Kasa is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a remote Portfolio Revenue Manager. β€’ In this role, you'll lead a small, high-performing revenue team and take full ownership of optimizing revenue and profitability across Kasa's expansive portfolio of hotels and multifamily properties. β€’ Collaborate proactively with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to implement strategies aimed at improving the bottom line for property owner partners. β€’ Regular engagement with property partners and owners to align on strategies, foster strong relationships, and drive mutual success. β€’ Monitor and adjust pricing across your portfolio markets to optimize revenue.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of experience in a yield or revenue management role β€’ You're highly motivated and able to maintain efficiency while working independently. β€’ You're proactive by nature and can act decisively when needed. β€’ You’re a team player who is committed to uplifting your coworkers and the company. β€’ Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and familiarity with online booking channels (Airbnb, Expedia, Booking.com, VRBO etc.), and pricing tools
