β€’ Responsible for establishing and executing a pricing strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets. β€’ Communicate strategies to stakeholders internally and externally. β€’ Produce and present pricing strategies based on data and qualitative analysis. β€’ Manage rates and promotions across all channels. β€’ Oversee performance of each property, monitoring KPIs and market trends. β€’ Educate stakeholders on Revenue Management Methodology. β€’ Collaborate with Account Managers and Integration teams. β€’ Attend meetings and calls to explain pricing strategies to clients. β€’ Produce internal performance reports. β€’ Stay updated on pricing tools and participate in industry events.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in Hotels or Vacation Rental Revenue Management, showcasing a consistent record of outstanding performance, or a strong academic background/qualifications in Mathematics and Data Science. β€’ Fully fluent in English, both speaking and writing. β€’ Ample experience working with Dynamic Pricing tools (experience with Pricelabs a plus). β€’ Highly proficient with spreadsheets (Google Sheets & G-Suite a plus). β€’ Exceptional analytical skills, a strong affinity for numbers, meticulous organizational abilities, and outstanding communication skills. β€’ Experience using Property Management Software systems (PMS). Experience with Guesty a plus. β€’ Comfortable explaining Revenue Management concepts and KPIs to third parties. β€’ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. β€’ Strong initiative; proactive and willing to take on responsibilities beyond your title's level. β€’ Honest, ethical, and professional demeanor.
