📋 Description

• Responsible for establishing and executing a pricing strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets. • Communicate strategies to stakeholders internally and externally. • Produce and present pricing strategies based on data and qualitative analysis. • Manage rates and promotions across all channels. • Oversee performance of each property, monitoring KPIs and market trends. • Educate stakeholders on Revenue Management Methodology. • Collaborate with Account Managers and Integration teams. • Attend meetings and calls to explain pricing strategies to clients. • Produce internal performance reports. • Stay updated on pricing tools and participate in industry events.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Hotels or Vacation Rental Revenue Management, showcasing a consistent record of outstanding performance, or a strong academic background/qualifications in Mathematics and Data Science. • Fully fluent in English, both speaking and writing. • Ample experience working with Dynamic Pricing tools (experience with Pricelabs a plus). • Highly proficient with spreadsheets (Google Sheets & G-Suite a plus). • Exceptional analytical skills, a strong affinity for numbers, meticulous organizational abilities, and outstanding communication skills. • Experience using Property Management Software systems (PMS). Experience with Guesty a plus. • Comfortable explaining Revenue Management concepts and KPIs to third parties. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Strong initiative; proactive and willing to take on responsibilities beyond your title's level. • Honest, ethical, and professional demeanor.
