• KBR is seeking an Account Executive for Federal Civilian Growth to manage and execute the growth strategy. • Responsibilities include collaborating with a team of senior business development executives. • Focus on front end customer engagement, pipeline development, and market shaping. • The role emphasizes developing and winning new business with federal government customers.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in managing federal government business development • Demonstrated ability to work in a consultative sales model • Proven ability to create and execute account plans and strategies • Working knowledge of federal contract vehicles including GWAC vehicles such as Alliant and Oasis and GSA MAS • Experience advising federal customers on use and selection of contract vehicles • Proven successes in growing business with new wins • Strong skill in business writing and communication • Familiarity and experience managing the pipeline and utilizing tools such as Salesforce • Experience with competitive analysis • Interpersonal skills to work with Executives and lead teams • Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's or MBA is a plus
