β€’ Provide leadership in the planning, organization, management, and continuous improvement of business development. β€’ Conduct research and analysis of business opportunities. β€’ Build effective, long-term relationships with new customers and maintain relationships with existing client contacts. β€’ Identify market opportunities and work with technical teams to grow profitable revenue.

Requirements

β€’ An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Engineering, Business (or equivalent), required. β€’ Twelve (12)+ years of experience that include ten (8)+ years of industry experience and ten (4) + years of experience in Business Development. β€’ Requires in-depth knowledge of the Refining, Petrochemical/Chemical, Energy Transition, and Process services industry and customer base in North and South America. β€’ 50% travel required to meet regularly with customers. β€’ Experience in preparing and presenting information to prospective Clients/Owners.
