Description

• Own named accounts across Enterprise Technology and Financial Services verticals • Identify and pursue new corporate and enterprise clients for The Information’s subscription services • Handle inbound inquiries promptly and professionally, converting leads into successful partnerships • Develop and implement strategic business plans for your named accounts, to achieve sales targets • Present The Information’s value proposition effectively to various stakeholders • Accept and incorporate feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and personal performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tech or media industry • Proven track record of successfully selling subscription services or enterprise solutions • Experience working with a CRM, Salesforce preferred • Ability to both originate new business, and proactively respond to inbound inquiries • Firm understanding of the enterprise technology space and its dynamics • Strong work ethic with the ability to operate autonomously and manage time effectively • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Hunter mentality with a passion for generating new business opportunities, while driving sales and achieving targets • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs
