• Works directly with the Vice President Strategic Accounts to ensure customer success. • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key customer personnel. • Analyzes key performance indicators (KPI's) to develop action plans. • Grows business through cross-selling and up-selling other services. • Manages customer relationship and develops strategic plans for accounts. • Monitors client billing and collection issues.

Requirements

• Experience in the janitorial industry, preferably working with retail accounts • Strong sales skills and experience in a B2B sales role • 3+ years of strategic, account management • Experience working with clients in the hospitality industry • Proficiency with Excel • Experience working with large, multimillion dollar, National accounts
