Description

• The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) works with the Vice President to ensure account success. • Act as senior point of contact with customers; establish productive relationships. • Manage customer relationships and strategic plans. • Ensure service delivery meets contracted requirements. • Analyze KPI's and implement action plans for sub-standard areas. • Grow business through cross-selling and up-selling services. • Meet sales quota and profitability expectations. • Assist with client billing and collection issues. • Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with customers.

Requirements

• Experience in the janitorial industry, preferably working with retail accounts • Strong sales skills and experience in a B2B sales role • 3+ years of strategic, account management • Experience working with clients in the hospitality industry • Proficiency with Excel • Experience working with large, multimillion dollar, National accounts
