Description

• Act as senior point of contact with customers and establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. • Responsible for managing the customer relationship and developing strategic plans to manage customer accounts(s). • Works closely with customers to ensure the service delivery meets customer contracted requirements. • Analyzes KPIs defined by the customer and KBS to develop and implement action plans. • Grows business through cross-selling and up-selling other services. • Meet assigned sales quota and expectations for profitability. • Monitor and assist with client billing and collection issues. • Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process with each assigned customer.

Requirements

• Understanding of operations account management processes • Sales software, CRM/ERP (Salesforce etc.) and related technology • Ability to identify and close sales opportunities • Interpersonal and cross functional relationship building and engagement that result in positive collectively supported positive outcomes • Available for 50% travel domestically • Experience in the facilities services industry • Must have supported accounts in the education vertical • 3+ years of strategic, account management • Proficiency with Excel • Experience working with large, multimillion dollar, National accounts
