Description

• Act as senior point of contact with customers and establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts\n• Responsible for managing the customer relationship and developing strategic plans to manage customer accounts(s).\n• Works closely with customers to ensure the service delivery meets customer contracted requirements\n• Analyzes the key performance indicators (KPI’s) to develop and implement action plans for sub-standard areas\n• Grows current business through industrial engineering of clients’ scopes of work, cross-selling and up-selling other services\n• Meet assigned sales quota and expectations for profitability for assigned accounts\n• Monitor and assist with client billing and collection issues\n• Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process with each assigned customer

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in the facilities services industry\n• Strategic account management, sales, operations or related field experience in a business-to-business environment\n• Understanding of operations account management processes\n• Sales software, CRM/ERP (Salesforce etc.) and related technology\n• Ability to identify and close sales opportunities\n• Interpersonal and cross functional relationship building and engagement that result in positive collectively supported positive outcomes\n• Available for 50% travel domestically
