• Strategic Account Manager responsible for managing customer relationships and developing strategic plans • Analyze key performance indicators (KPI’s) to develop action plans • Grow business through cross-selling and up-selling services • Meet assigned sales quota and monitor billing and collection issues • Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with customers
